I had a great experience at Rusnak Rolls Royce Service Department in Pasadena, California. I took my 2001 Rolls Royce Silver Seraph for repair of three major problems. My car was at the Service Garage for one week. Shane Rutherford, Master Technician, did an excellent job, rendering the car to a perfect condition. I drove sixty miles so only Shane can work on my car, as I trust him personally, as well his mechanical knowledge and professionalism. Timely service and very professional and knowledgeable Service Advisor in Andrew. Office staff were also very accommodating in there assistance with a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced.

Ruben was as friendly and knowledgeable a customer service gentlemen as anyone could hope for. A true pro that actually cares. I think I paid WAY more than I should have but Ruben understood my concerns and tried to get me the best deal he could. I know everyone thinks Bentley owners can afford to get ripped off by service centers but its not true. Dealing with Ruben and the excellent job the mechanics did definitely softened the blow of getting gouged on price. Herb Gardner
